The 5th Edition of our acclaimed BPR Vademecum is now available to purchase in print and digital versions.
The BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation, No. 528/2012) is the regulatory framework concerning the making available on the market and the use of biocidal products in the EU. Kerona’s BPR Vademecum contains a User Guide that summarises the implementation procedures of the BPR and provides a list of the active substances in the Review Programme, along with information on the relevant guidance documents. The Vademecum also includes the full text of the consolidated BPR for reference.
The 5th edition contains fully updated information on the status of every active substance, as well as a new section looking at Article 55 derogations, which have been important for many biocide producers as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The digital version of the Vademecum is fully hyperlinked so that the user can read and download a wide range of relevant documents, including active substance assessment reports, guidance documents, and supporting regulations.
You can order copies of the Vademecum here, in our online store. You may also be interested in our current series of webinars on biocides, and the Dublin Biocide Symposium, to be held online on 23-24 March.
