Kerona’s BPR Vademecum: 4th edition for 2020

The 4th Edition of our acclaimed BPR Vademecum is now available in print and digital versions.

The BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation, No. 528/2012) is the regulatory framework concerning the making available on the market and the use of biocidal products in the EU. Kerona’s BPR Vademecum contains a User Guide that summarises the implementation procedures of the BPR and provides a list of the active substances in the Review Programme and information on the relevant guidance documents. The Vademecum also includes the full text of the consolidated BPR for reference.

The 4th edition contains the latest information on active substance approvals, reflecting the changes that have ensued following Brexit, and also for the first time includes a look at the current status of the Review Programme. The digital version is fully hyperlinked so that the user can read and download active substance legislation and assessment reports, guidance documents, and supporting regulations.
